With a network of over 200 merchandisers spread across 77 cities throughout Indonesia and managing more than 60,000 outlets, this team ensures that all promotional materials, displays, and branding elements are managed effectively. In addition, they are responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing promotional assets to maintain awareness and support clients’ growth strategies in a highly competitive market.
Managing more than 60,000 outlets in different regions with varying market conditions is a challenge in itself. Differences in infrastructure, resource availability, and local consumer characteristics require adaptive distribution and management strategies. In addition, ensuring that every POSM and promotional asset remains in optimal condition across the network requires tight coordination, efficient logistics, and real-time monitoring.
